Due to the nature of this print method there are specific guidelines for custom artwork
- Solid clean lines work best for printing TEXT
- Upload PNG, JPG
- No shadows or shading will print
- Transparent background preferred but the preview tool will REMOVE what it can. If we have to fix the art there will be additional fees.

Returns
All personalized orders are final sales unless there's an error to print due to production issues.
Ready made items can be returned only if unopened within 14 days.
