Our products are all made to order. This means that we need 7-10 days to ship out your order unless otherwise stated. Transit times may vary.
If Proofs are required please account for the time it takes in-between rounds of changes.
We ship M-F and all deliveries are made M-F. Holidays and weekends do not apply. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we try give our best estimation based on the carrier. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Delivery charges are subject to change.

All custom orders are sent directly to production as soon as you check out unless otherwise noted. This means we can not cancel or make any changes to your order at this time. Please double, triple check to make sure all spelling is correct.
RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
We are sorry you are not happy with your product! If you feel that there was a quality issue, please email us and let us know along with a photograph to speed up the process. If it's a production issue, we can fix the mistake and re-produce a new item.
