what's the difference?
CUSTOM DESIGN means that we work with you one-on-one to create a design that is unique and made special just for you.
It's like getting a bespoke outfit made to fit just perfectly. Keep in mind that most custom projects can take anywhere from 3-6 months.

A READY MADE design (such as Voyage and Era) are pre-designed pieces where you can customize your fonts, colors,
and envelopes but the design elements stay the same. This is perfect for if you don't have much time.

SEMI-CUSTOM is another option that we offer, it is when you take a pre-existing design whether from our CUSTOM DESIGN samples,
or from our READY MADE and tweak it a bit further to fit your needs. This is a great option if you have some time but still on a budget.

HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
Custom designs vary in cost, we will provide you with an estimate once we find out all the details of what is involved.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
Invitations should go out 6-8 weeks prior to your event. Leave 1 month for RSVP deadlines.
Save the dates can go out up to a year in advance.

Letterpress orders take 3-5 weeks to print after final approval. Flat printed pieces take 2-3 weeks.

HOW DO I ORDER?
If you are in the New York area, you are welcome to come in for a free consultation and to look at our samples.
If you are out of state, no worries, we can do everything via phone and email.

SAMPLES
Samples are $10 a set. Supplies may vary, please contact us to see what we have available.

GETTING AN ESTIMATE

Click here to request for an estimate. Please be detailed as much as possible.
Few things to note are: Quanity needed, date of wedding, pieces needed (invite, rsvp etc), type of printing and budget and time frame.
It's ok if you do not have all the information to start your estimate.

I KNOW WHAT I WANT- HOW DO I START?

Once you approve the final estimate, we will need a non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed project agreement.
All wording , color and font choices are needed to start your first proof.

ORDER PROCESS
All proofs are in pdfs via email. Print proofs are available at extra cost. Album orders are sent within 2 days.
Custom designs can take up to 2-4 weeks for the first proof.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Flat printed jobs are shipped 2 weeks after the job goes to press. Letterpress takes 2-4 weeks.

REFUND POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds on all jobs that goes to press.
